Are you looking for some extra web design or development work for you or your company? Do you have too much work piling on and need an expert's help to meet that deadline? As this section is still in Beta phase, your final payout after completing a project will be calculated like this:

Project price - (10% 5% CWA commission (minimum $5) + PayPal money transfer costs)
As an Expert member of CoolWebAwards.com (having at least one 3.5 stars) entry in the showcase, you'll be able to browse available freelance web design and development projects. You can then apply to the ones you like. The Poster will browse your profile and view all your accepted entries in the showcase, and if they like your work, choose you for the listed project. If you get chosen, a notification will be emailed after which you'll need to confirm your availablility to do the project.
After confirming availability, the Poster will be notified to pay the full project price into the CWA escrow account. You will then be notified to start the work on the project.
You can then use many methods (including the" CWA instant chat" online) to communicate, schedule virtual appointments, upload PDF previews etc. as you create the project. After completing the project, notify the poster that you are done. The poster then needs to verify that they are satisfied with the previews you've sent them.
When the Poster is satisfied with the project by viewing your previews, you will then be notified to deliver the completed project to the Poster. The Poster will review the delivered project just to make sure it is 100% complete and may request final tweaks. When satisfied, the poster will notify us and the money will be released to your PayPal account. You will now be able to write a review of the Poster, and the Poster can review you. That's it, all done!
